He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henry and Evangeline Anne (Welch); and his siblings, Viola Merwin, LeRoy Korte, Violet Emerson and Joy Cooper.
He is survived by: his spouses, Bessie Berry and Emma Irene Reed; his children, Jeanie Kirby (Larry) of McPherson, KS and Gary Korte of Bucklin, KS; his sister Vera Muth (Alvin) of Great Bend, KS; his grandchildren, Chris Kirby, Corey Kirby (Tosha) and Kristi Stevens (Logan); and his great grandchildren, Dylan Zahn, Lexus Kelly, Hayden Payson and Bailee Stevens. He is also survived by 13 nieces & nephews.
