Thiessen (McPherson, Kansas), born in Goessel, Kansas, who passed away on September 11, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Laura Flaming. She is survived by: her spouse Frank Thiessen; her sons, Duane Thiessen (Lynn) of Pensacola, FL, Stan Thiessen (Jolene) of Hillsboro, Gary Thiessen (Dandy) of Hoyt and Myron Thiessen (Elinelle) of Phoenix, AZ; and her siblings, Melvin Schmidt (Charlotte) of Blue Mounds, WI, DuMont Schmidt (Barbara) of Blue Mounds, WI and DeVera Wenger of Portland, OR. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
