He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph C. and Selma L. Chlumsky (Schwindt). He is survived by: his children, Eldon Chlumsky (Annette) of Wichita, KS and Melissa Tipton (Mark) of McPherson, KS; his grandchildren, Josh Tipton (Elizabeth) of Topeka, KS, Christopher Chlumsky (Jen) of Salina, KS, Katharina Weiler (Jay) of Tulsa, OK and Clinton Chlumsky (Katie) of Wichita, KS; his great grandchildren, Vivienne, Oliver, Ellis Chlumsky of Salina, KS, Bella Tipton and Lily Tipton of Topeka, KS; and his sister Aletha Marie Rohr of Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
