He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Jones and Viola Jones (Westbrook); and his brothers, Richard Jones, Max Jones and Billie Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline of McPherson; his sons, Randall Jones (Sherri) of Canton and Galen Jones (Karla) of Canton; his grandchildren, Jesse Godwin (Mike), Dawn Mastre (Park), Tawny O'Hara (Wes), Rick Jones, Kirk Jones and Ashley Jones (Dustin Slatery); and his great grandchildren, Peyton Turner, Kenzee Godwin, Jace Godwin, Jayci Mastre, Cason Mastre, Taygen O'Hara, Brayden O'Hara, Chance O'Hara and Sawyer Slatery.
