She was predeceased by: her brothers, Earl Fletcher and LaVern Fletcher; her grandson Scott Bryan; and her daughter Carol Faye Decurgez. She is survived by: her parents, Lucy Fletcher (Gilmore) and Edward James Fletcher; her spouse Raymond Andrew Bell; her child Ellen Seib (Tom) of Stanwood; and her stepchildren, Barbara A. Ciboski of Wichita, Marilyn R. Dirks (Norman) of Annapolis and Roberta L. Mills (Gordon) of Sun City. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 10 Great-Grandchildren; 5 step Great-Grandchildren; 1 step-great-great-grandson; other relatives and a host of friends.
