He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha Frances Rhodes (Grimes) and Clarence Edward "Dusty" Rhodes; his wife Judy Rhodes of McPherson, Kansas; his sons, Mike Budde (Amy) of Newton, Jon Rhodes of Plantation, David Rhodes of Little Rock and Jeremy Unruh (Vanessa) of Park City, Kansas; his siblings, Kelli Edsall (John) of Morriston and Joe Rhodes of Portland, Texas; his grandchildren, Kristina Cottrell (Justin), Dexter Lekwa (Emily), Lane Budde, Logan Budde, Christopher Budde, Ella Rhodes, Logan Unruh and Kale Unruh; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Izaian, Ryken, Braedon and Maisyn. He was also cherished by other relatives and a host of friends.
