She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. and Mary I. Howdy (Ball); her daughters, Cindy Hawkes and Janet Hawkes; and her sisters, Marilyn and Pam.
She is survived by: her sons, Clifford Hawkes (Edna) of McPherson, KS and Rex Hawkes of Wichita, KS; her sister Cheryl Trisdale (Jim) of Augusta, KS; and her grandsons, Brandon Hawkes (Cassie) of Portland, OR and Joshua Hawkes of Nashville, TN.. She is also survived by her parents, husband.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to McPherson Health & Rehab in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
