She was predeceased by: her parents, Celesta Etta (Jameson) and Norris Edward Tickel; her husband Robert Eickbush; her sister Betty Jean Guy; and her granddaughter Amanda R. Wilkes.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Jean, Judith "Judy" Wilkes (Mark) of Wichita, Robert "Bobby" Eickbush (Deborah), Debbi and McPherson; her grandchildren, Robert M. Eickbush Layne (Nicole), Eickbush Wilkes (Kim) and Taylor M. Wilkes; her great grandchildren, Troy McBride, Joel McBride, Alexis McBride, Courtney Eickbush, Conor Eickbush, N'Dya Collins, A'Nya Collins and S'Mya Collins; and also, Judith Ann and Robert Douglas. She is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
Ruby enjoyed bowling, playing bridge and other card games, dancing, fishing, exercise class at the Senior Center and volunteering in her neighborhood collecting donations for numerous causes.
