He is survived by: his wife Vivien Garten; his son Charles Garten (Chip); his sister Patricia Pass; his brothers-in-law, James Todhunter (Renee) and Mark Todhunter (Sue); his close friend Eric Welker; his grandchildren, Krysten, Savyn, Cassondra and Xander; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Madalyn, Mya, Jax, Landon, Jayden and Eli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
