Ramsey (Barbara) of Overland Park, KS; her siblings-in-law, Clark Richie (Shirley) and Velma Icardy of Carrollton, TX; and her stepchildren, Noelle Gedlaman (Jared) of Jacksonville, FL, Julie Tanner (Greg) of Denver, CO and Tom Richie of Jacksonville. She is also survived by grandchildren and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
