He was predeceased by: his parents, Purn Edward and Evelyn Fay Edwards (Padgett). He is survived by: his wife Alice Frederick of Shawnee; his daughter Alana Luse of Henderson, Nevada; his stepsons, Ronald Frederick of Texas and Randall Frederick of Independence, Missouri; his sister Konda Hollandsworth of Meade; and his grandchildren, Ariel Luse, Manny Frederick and Maggie Frederick.
