With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene R. Ackerman (Meade, Kansas), born in Burlington, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 18, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter W. Armbruster and Irene Marie Armbruster (Schurter); and her brother Charles Armbruster. She is survived by: her husband Dan Ackerman of Meade; her children, Randy Ackerman (Pam), Brad Ackerman (Crys) and Danette Langford (Rjay) of Meade; her sisters, Carolee A. Whitacre (Bob) of LaHabra and Cecelia Castle (Richard) of Jet, Oklahoma; and her sister-in-law Patricia Armbruster of Burlington, Oklahoma. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
