She was predeceased by: her parents, Gottfried F. Blehm and Hannah Blehm (Borchers); her former husband Herbert Mitchell Porter (Mitch); her husband William Lee Schaben (Bill); her siblings, Paul Blehm, Myra Kurth, Wilma Holmes and Eva Elizabeth Blehm; and her son Macy Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Porter of Meade, Jeff Porter of Meade, Keith Porter of Columbus, Mississippi, Janet Cook of Meade, Cathy Rosenberry of Meade and Judy Fox of Towanda, Kansas; and her siblings, Richard Blehm of Meade and Katherine Borger of Meade. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
