He is survived by: his wife Carmen of Meade; his daughters, Jamie Harms of Hendersonville and Tracy Duncan of Salina, Kansas; his siblings, Bert Welch of Willow City, Texas and Martha Welch of Kerrville, Texas; his grandson Jeffrey Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Jocelyn Duncan and Cooper Duncan.
