It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jan Gaye Sims of Meade, Kansas, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil G. Heinson and Ada C. Heinson (Latta); and her grandmother Ida Heinson. She is survived by : her husband Patrick Sims; her children, Jared, Sena Hough, Ashley Sims, Shauncey Moyers, Clair Edwards and Josie Huey-Sims; her grandchildren, Will Sims, Zoe Sims of Palatine, Trinity Sims, Kaleb Hough, April Hough of Meade and Irene Moyers of Centralia, MO.; and her brother David Heinson of Meade.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions to the Meade Public Library in care of Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade.
