It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Lewis of Meade, Kansas, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart Lewis and JoAnn Lewis (Bock); her stepfather Jim Bock; and her aunt Geneva Trickett (Leland). She is survived by: her sons, Ross Addison (Alayna) and Matthew Addison; her siblings, Danny Lewis (Mary), Paul Bock and Evelyn Bock; her uncle Jay Carter; and her aunt Helen Carter.
In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Ford County Humane Society in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
