He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay and Mary Ellen Stice (Wertz); and his siblings, Eugene Stice, Ronald Stice, Betty Bohling, Doris Cope and Margaret Capra.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Shannon; his sons, Allen Etcheverry (Shellie) of Grand Junction, Rodney Stice of Phoenix and Darrel Stice (Mary Ann) of Sun City, Arizona; his siblings, Charles Stice of Merced, California, Ilene Coleman of Phoenix and Retha Buettgenbach of Andover, Kansas; his grandchildren, Justin, Alisha, Tanner and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Remington, Declan and Stella.
In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome memorials to St. John Lutheran Church or the Meade District Hospital in care of Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade.
