He was predeceased by : his parents, George W. McNemer and Ann Frances McNemer (Gaskill). He is survived by : his spouse Gillian Sura; his children, Sarah Sura of Ford, Charles McNemer of Fowler and Jacob McNemer of Fowler; and his sister Donna Garner (Michael) of Meade.
