He is survived by: his parents, Dale Woodruff and Joan Woodruff (Gardner) of Dodge City; his children, Phil Schmidt, Sean Hardaway, Mike Linton, Jordan, Lexi and Madison; his wife Cindy of Meade; his children, Michelle Bergkamp of Meade, Theodore Woodruff Jr. of Derby and Jenny Faurot (Kevin) of Meade; his siblings, Dr. Tanya Williams (David) of Dodge City, Sheila Hageman (Kevin) of Fowler and Jim Woodruff (Diane) of Meade; and his grandchildren, Alexis Schneider of Dodge City, Madison Bergkamp of Meade, Brenna, Haylen Faurot of Meade, Jordan Woodruff of Wichita, Odin, Reid Woodruff of Derby, Kasen, Kagan, Killian and Kapaun Faurot of Meade. He is also survived by 1 great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
