She was predeceased by : her parents, Ezra Bradfield and Martha Bradfield (McCrady); her husband Vernon Joseph Kolarik; her daughter Sheryl Bellamy; her grandson John Justin Bellamy; and her siblings, Ezra Jr., Lavonne, Louise and Martha.
She is survived by : her children, John Schon (Tommie) and Becky Coleman (James); her stepson Marty Kolarik; and her brother James Bradfield. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
