She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. Pappan and Goldie Irene Pappan (Stewart); her son David Simon; and her sisters, Theresa Anderson, Sharon McClane and Margaret Ann Pappan.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph E. Simon, Sr.; her children, Ralph E. Simon, Jr. (Linda) of Manhattan, KS, Daniel Simon of Horton, KS, Jean Simon of Netawaka, KS and June Simon of Netawaka, KS; and her siblings, Geraldine Hamlin of Hoyt, KS, Charlene Anderson of Hoyt, KS and Donald C. Pappan (Sherry) of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
