He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John H Heine and Lulu B Heine (Thompson); his children, Brad Heine, Sheryl Slifer (John) and Eric L. Heine; and his siblings, Lawrence Heine, Warren Heine, Dorothy Matlock and Francis Lowrey. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
