With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Lee Riggs (Newton, Kansas), who passed away on January 31, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Waddell and Cleo H. Waddell (Parker); and her husband Donald W. Rigs. She is survived by: her brother Billy Waddell of Mena. She is also survived by four nephews, and two nieces.

Memorials may be made to Caring Hands Humane Society, Newton, Kansas and may be sent in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
