She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin; her siblings, Paul Matthaei, Maurine Harbaugh and Muriel Michael; and her children-in-law, Pamela Wedel and Roger Kaiser.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Wedel of Newton, Sharon Kaiser of Newton and Susan Bartel (Fred) of North Newton; and her grandchildren, Todd Wedel (Adrianne), Scott Wedel (Crystal), Kim Algrim (Tyler), Rebecca Thomson (Gary), James Kaiser (Tomoko), Amanda Perez (Dierik) and Justin Bartel. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
