He is survived by: his spouse Kim Schill; his grandson Treyton; his children, Debbie Bergquist (Ray), Terri Sadowsky (Bob), Natalie, Lisa Seltzer (Justin), Jamie Rice, Richard Fields and Joe Rice; his sisters, Hallie Lindsey (Alan), Wanda White and Goldie Detwiler; his brother-in-law Frank Holinde; and his grandchildren, Travis Fields, Brandi Hankins, Jennifer, Mike O'Neal, Matt, Keely, Ian Boston, Jonathan, Stephanie Bergquist, Cole Seltzer, Megan and Garrett Rice.
