He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Teresa Arellano (Terri); his uncle Buf; his sons, Derek R. Belgard (LaWanna) of Newton and Dustin M. Belgard of Newton; his grandchildren, Dylan R. Belgard of Newton and Tatianna Elaine Marie Belgard of Newton; his siblings, Jamie Krause (Bob) of Spokane, WA. and Tim Bullard (Becky) of Arkansas City, KS; his parents, Virginia Bullard of Newton and Ronald Belgard; his stepfather Jim Bullard; his sister Cheryl Yoon (Bullard); and his nephew Brian Arellano. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brother in laws, sister in laws, and an amazing amount of friends.
