She was predeceased by : her husband Dale O. Retke; her parents, Vernie Hazlett and Eva Hazlett; her daughter Ileen; and her brothers, Vern Jr., John and Orville.

She is survived by : her sons, Dale Jr. of Norton County, John of Norton County and Mark (Angel) of Norton County; her grandchildren, Matthew (Terry), Kevin and Nicole (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Reagan, Keegan and Logan; and her siblings, Lois Krauss, Gladys Moyer, Helen Haley (Dwight), Robert (Kathy), Don (LaCretrica) and Steven.

Memorials may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Second Chance Homeless Pet Society, Norton, KS and sent in care of Plumer-Gobber Funeral Home, 215 W. Main St., Norton, KS 67654.
