Anita Bertrand Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2021, at the age of 82, Anita Bertrand of Oakley, Kansas, born in Herndon, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Portschi and Elizabeth Portschi (Leitner); her husband Gene Bertrand; and her siblings, Eldon Portschi and Betty Jones.
She is survived by : her children, Pam, Ewing Evans of Manhattan, KS, Kevin, Gina Bertrand of San Clemente, CA, Brent and Shilea Bertrand of Wallace, KS. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be designated to either the Citizens Foundation for the Cancer Center or Bertrand Family Wishes and sent to Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 204, Oakley, KS 67748.
