We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2020, Betty Howard (Oakley, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Frank Wilson Howard, Jr.; her parents, Ruth Mae Beach and Ammy W. Woodall; and her siblings, James Woodall of Colby and Zella Mae Crane of Kerman, CA..

She is survived by : her children, Frank (Normi), Carolyn (Robert Rice), Linda (Tom West) and Elaine (Alan Adams); her sister Donna (Bob Purdum) of Simi Valley, CA; her nephews, Jim and Chris Woodall; and her grandchildren, Michael Howard, Scott Howard, Pam Rice, Jim Rice, Diane West, Chuck West, Mariah Kanakia, Amy Dreiling and Mark Adams. She is also survived by son's death, caring for her parents-in-law for years as they aged and then her husband.

Betty died following a Covid illness and will be buried at the Oakley Cemetery with a private family service.
