He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Packard and Maxine Packard (Bland); and his brothers, Larry and Randy. He is survived by: his children, Cheree Swaney (Benny Berry), Nolan Packard (Amara), Kerry Packard and Kyle Packard; his siblings, Marlene Teeter (Mike) and Terry Packard (Joni); and his uncle Roger Fagan (Dana). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
