He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Thad Sr., Hazel Douthit, Howard "Phiz" and Grace Faulkender. He is survived by : his parents, Roger Faulkender and Joyce Faulkender (Douthit); his children, Cody Faulkender (Emily), Oakley and Taryn Faulkender; and his siblings, Tye Faulkender (Amber) of St. Francis, Leighann Bandel (Mike) of St. Francis and Lori Reiger (Cale) of St. Francis. He is also survived by several cousins and many nieces and nephews.
