She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Frank and Laura Mae Zost (Baker); her sons, Kenny and Jerry Galyean; and her brother Clinton "Dickie" Zost.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Summers (Greg) and Tim Galyean (Cheryl); her daughters-in-law, Marcia Galyean and Cindy Galyean; her sisters, Judy Birdlebaugh and Charlotte Tachoir; her grandchildren, Corey Galyean (Barbara), Brian Galyean (Tonya), Amy Galyean, Kevin Galyean, Lisa McKee, Kathy Galyean, Jacqueline Hanke (James), Jillian Summers, Jennifer Summers, Tim Galyean Jr. (Lupe), Krista Lohman (Michael), Katie Eckley (Johnny) and Ariel Galyean; and her close friend Dottie Dodson. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
