It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas John Reising of Green Bay, Wisconsin, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Douglas John leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Roger Reising and Donna Reising (Turner); and his brother Thomas "Tom" Reising. He is survived by : the mother of his children Rebecca; his children, Erica McDonald (Matthew) and Dylan Reising; his sister Krissy Bunner (Calvin Mojack); his nephew Cole Bunner (Katie); and his niece Kathryn Swafford (Zach).

Memorials may be given to Mercy Ships, Catholic Relief Services or the United Leukodystrophy Fund in Doug's name.
