She was predeceased by: her husband Billie Bollan; her parents, James Riggins and Dortha Riggins; and her brothers, Robert Riggins and James Riggins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Schlegel (John) of Paola and Twyla Way (Walter) of Olathe; her grandchildren, Debra Fanning and John Schlegel Jr.; her wife Lori; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Fanning, Matthew Fanning, Gracie Fanning, Halle Schlegel, Layla Schlegel, Jackson Willis and Hunter Willis; and also, Lindsey Willis (Kyle) and Austin Way.
