She was predeceased by: her parents, James Buford and Thelma Louise Cook (Cardin); and her siblings, James "Jimmy" Cook, Mary "Kathy" Nekouee and Sherry Wilson.
She is survived by: her spouse Eddie Cannedy; her children, Patricia "Pati" Chaline and Jimmy "Bo" Ramsey; her sister Patricia "Kay" Gaunce; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Julia, Brittany, Hanah and Robert. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
