It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Mitchell (Osage City, Kansas), born in Arcadia, Kansas, who passed away on February 29, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Harris and Maude Buchanan Harris; and her husband Charles Mitchell. She is survived by : her children, Terry Mitchell of Michigan Valley, Rebecca Jones (James) of Clearwater, Elaine Hicks (Monte) of LaConnor and Linda Jones (Marty) of Osage City. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
