He is survived by : his wife Joy Wheeler; his sons, Joe Casiano IV of Ft. Worth, Daniel Casiano of Ft. Worth and Charles Casiano of Ft. Worth; his stepson Vincent Lowden of Ark City; his daughters, Suzan Casiano of Ft. Worth, Texas, Dee "Sissy" Casiano of Ft. Worth, Texas, JoAnna Casiano of Ft. Worth, Texas and Anna Jo Casiano of Ft. Worth, Texas; his stepdaughter Karina Cowling of Ark City; and his siblings, Harry Casiano of Ft. Worth, Texas, Carlos "Candy" Casiano of Ft. Worth, Texas, Tony Casiano of Ft. Worth, Texas and Margaret. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Salt Creek Lighthouse Assembly of God Church.
