She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Cemer and Mary Cemer (Terell); her husband Charles Rowe; her siblings, Sam Cemer, Jr., Rev. John Cemer, Margie Makings and Lois Wilkins; and her grandson Eric Terry.
She is survived by : her children, Michael Rowe of Osage City, Linda Terry of Ogallala, Neb and Penny Spinks of Lyndon. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
