He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold James and Luella Ann Holmquist (Hamlin); and his brothers, Dwayne and Roger Holmquist. He is survived by: his significant other Wilma Bushnell; and his siblings, Robert Holmquist (Annette), Brenda Brozek (Jim), Delbert Holmquist, Danny Holmquist (Vada), Sandra Holmquist and Roy Holmquist (Bobby). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
