Forrest; his son Riley; his stepparents, Rick and Sharon; his stepchildren, Carter and Abby Werner; his siblings, Michelle Huffman of Overland Park, Kansas, Christina Wheeler of Overland Park, Kansas, Stormie Smith of Overland Park, Kansas, Ashley Reed of Overland Park, Kansas, Amy Ross of Overland Park, Kansas and Ashley Ross of Overland Park, Kansas; his grandmothers, Glena Jean Mahoney and Kay Bartholomew; and his stepgrandmothers, Mary Hibbs and Margaret Smith.
