He was predeceased by : his nephews, Brad William Cook and Aaron Michael Henry. He is survived by : his sons, Kenneth Edward, Glena Mae Cook (Wilcox) and Silver Bullet; his wife Marilyn; his sons, Andy (Mandy) of Paola, Kevin (Jennifer) of Paola and Chris (Malarie) of Belton, MO; his grandchildren, Abby, Colin, Rylee, Carson, June, Allie, Brody and Miles; and his brother Bill (Pam) of Osawatomie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
