We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Arvell Leon Duckworth of Oskaloosa, Kansas, born in Lubbock, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Duckworth of Washington and Johnny Beree Crump Duckworth; his wife Helen "Lucille" Guinn; and his great grandchildren, Logan Tullis and Madison Nicole Duckworth.

He is survived by : his children, Debbie Dixon, Jimmy Duckworth (Bonnie) of Oskaloosa and Wayne Duckworth of Oskaloosa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
