She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Robert and Mamie Louise Tadlock Allen; her husband Victor Lee Newell; her son Rev. Terry Newell; and her brother Robert Gene Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Newell (Cindy) of Joplin, MO, Randy Newell (Judith) of Basehor, KS and Shelly Partridge (Wayne) of Peculiar, MO; and her daughter-in-law Shella. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15, great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williamstown Assembly of God Church (1225 Oak St, Perry, KS 66073). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
