We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2021, at the age of 86, Charles D. Miller of Oskaloosa, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Roscoe William and Lydia "Alice" Brittain Miller; his wife Marilyn "Jo" Mathis; his children, Steve Miller (Debbie), Mike Miller (Wendi), Jodi Ragan (Tom), Judy Morrow (Terry) and Peggy Hurd (Todd); and his sister Betty Jo Miller of Orlando, FL. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
