With solemn reverence, we commemorate Bernice Elizabeth Lindley of Overland Park, Kansas, whose life came to an end on May 11, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper G. Wiglesworth and Bernice Wiglesworth; her sister Barbra K. Berg; and her son-in-law Jerry W. Wyatt. She is survived by: her husband William R. Lindley Jr.; her children, Richard B. Lindley (Steven Christenberry), Karen L. Wyatt and Christine E. Arnette (James Arnette); her grandchildren, Katelyn Wyatt, Emily Wyatt and Thomas Arnette; and her brothers, Glen, Tim and David. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McGilley & Hoge Chapel (8024 Santa Fe Dr, Overland Park, KS 66204). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bernice Lindley's memory to Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm Historic Site.
