We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2025, Evelyn Dorothy Ruth Borgelt (Overland Park, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Louise Heins Borgelt and John Waldo Borgelt; and her siblings, Frances Sloop, Roger and Clark.

She is survived by: her sister LaVerne Riedi; her daughters, Lori Durie and Lynne Gordon (Brian); her grandchildren, Daniel Durie (Lauren), Nathan Durie (Kayla), Lauren Durie Reabe (Eric), Ben Gordon (Sara Rasor), Emma Gordon and Will Gordon; and her great grandchild Lukas Reabe. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

If you would like to make a donation in Evelyn's honor, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Evelyn Borgelt Memorial Fund.
