He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Mace Howard, Sr. and Lottie Edith Howard (Chipley); his wife Donna Howard; and his siblings, Monte Howard, Jenny Hutchison, Hattie Sutton and Sue Noyes.

He is survived by: his daughter Diana McClain; his son-in-law Gary; his grandchildren, Anne Kastelic (Zak), Amy McClain and Nathan McClain (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Kaden and Kinsley Kastelic; and his sister Sally Weekley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests prayers. Memorial donations may be made to Braden's Hope for Childhood Cancer.
