He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Porter Goostree and Retha Goostree; his brother Dick; his wife Marti; his son Toby; his daughter-in-law Amy; and his grandson Jack.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Emmanuel Baptist Church (10100 Metcalf Ln, Overland Park, KS 66212). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
