He is survived by: his parents, Jan Zygmunt and Ela Zygmunt; his wife Jenny Zygmunt; his children, Colin, Blake, Trevor and Olivia; and his nieces and nephews, Tom Moore, Judy Moore, Kristin, Chad Bechard, Ryan, Karen Moore, Kevin and Eunice Moore.

The family requests no flowers. In lieu of flowers, an educational fund has been created for Colin, Blake, Trevor, and Olivia.
