He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Hope and Eleanor Kate Roberson Hope. He is survived by: his wife Lakwana D. Hope "Tana"; his children, Nikki L. Copp (Michael), Tana Louise Hope Bogush (Mark Berry), William B. Hope III (Leslie Alexander) and Kathryn H. Dahlin (James); his grandchildren, Andrew Copp (Rachel), Ashton Jekic (Milos), Ryan Copp (Amy), Allie Wagner (Robert), David, Sky Bogush, Jenna, Emily, Chloe Hope, Kaley and Megan Dahlin; his great grandchildren, Conner, Lucas Jekic, Adelynn, Liam, Collin Copp, Charlotte, Madison Copp, Grayson Wagner and David Bogush III; his brother Henry Welcker Hope; and his sister-in-law Betsy Hope of Houston.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel (11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210).
